Refund Policy

Due to the research-grade nature of our products, returns and refunds are only available where a product is materially defective or does not match the supplied Certificate of Analysis.

Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by supporting documentation.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
